Project Cycle Management Training

The objective of the training is to:

Enable the partner’s staff to better understand the different stages of the project cycle management and what tools and skills are needed at each respective stage. The training will focus on theoretical concepts and practical examples related to our partner’s humanitarian and development interventions. Our objective is to further improve the quality and standards of interventions and to be better prepared in dealing with the anticipated difficult circumstances in the near future. This training falls under DCA’s and partner's commitment to strengthening the capacity of its team and it will allow our partner to have a pool of better-equipped project managers and potential candidates that can take on the role in future opportunities.

All details are available in the Terms of Reference. Interested firms/consultants can request the full TOR via an email to labs@dca.dk and it will be shared within 1 working day.
