Scope of work:
The selected Engineer must be committed / abide by the following responsibilities / tasks with some flexibility in carrying out other tasks for the smooth running of projects:
- Engineer should prepare training & coaching material for the beneficiaries theoretically & practically.
- Engineer will meet Ruwwad technical & architectural Team to finalize site drawings and produce an accurate BOQ for the required materials on sites.
- Prepare a clear workplan for selected proposal execution on all the cycle as well as a work schedule and deliverable dates.
- Daily visits to the site are obligatory during working days & especially during the kickoff and closing of the working hours.
- Expert foreman for each site location should be provided by the engineer to assure execution of his workplan.
- The selected engineer should be ready for weekly meetings at Ruwwad’s office to discuss on site obstacles, if any, and make an assessment for the workplan with reports to the project manager & technical Team.
- Site engineer will be coordinating with the municipality for needed approvals and/or supportive technician and/or vehicles required for project achievement.

All Bidders are required to send the below requirements to the procurement officer, Mr. Jihad Yassine through this email jihad.y@ruwwadaltanmeya.org
- The quotation (signed/Stamped).
- Certificate of the registration in the ministry of finance (الشهاد المالية).
- References (similar executed type of work if available).
- Copy of registration to the Order of Engineer & Architects.
