• Proficiency with server‐side languages such as PHP, Java, Python…
•  Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL and MongoDB...
• Designing and developing APIs.

Additional requirements: Minimum of 2‐3 years of experience

Responsibilities

•  Developing and Managing Custom application and their integrations with Dynamics 365
• Extensive experience designing CRM customization, workflows, portals, plugins and Client
• scripting
•  Expert in Dynamics 365 CRM development including customization, plugins, custom
• workflows, client scripts, security configuration, and Portal development
•  Improving web accessibility to be user‐friendly for people with disabilities
• Working on a whole multi‐language website (English and Arabic) from front end to backend
•  Automating KPIs tracker as a reporting system with graphs and numbers
• Creating role restrictions for each type of user
•  Creating registration pages for different types of users
• Creating system rules to be defined for each task to be applied when publishing each profile
• depending on its requirement (e.g. sending an automatic email whenever an action is done)
• Synchronizing the platform database with other online platforms like CRM “vtiger or Microsoft Dynamic 365” and “moodle” for a complementary holistic report. (e.g.1. jobseekers who got online training will have the course titles taken from “moodle” and displayed on their profile, shown for admin users only. e.g.2. getting a drop‐down list of the job seekers from the platform to CRM in order to follow up on the employment process, etc…)
• Coordinate with a third‐party company for the mobile and desktop app
