RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply and promote diversity initiatives into programs and ensure inclusion is mainstreamed across ADRA’s programs
- Map existing formal and informal services for the targeted population to assist with activities outside the scope of ADRA’s work
- Conduct referrals to identified services when needed
- Conduct home visits and phone calls with outreach officers and/or psychosocial workers for specific child needs
- Conduct capacity building for staff on sectoral and cross-sector inclusive approaches
- Work with Project Manager and Finance Staff to ensure financial expenditures towards inclusion activities
- Manage progress against Inclusion work plan; create weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports for submission to Project Manager
- Provide suggestions or recommendations based on identified inclusion needs during activities
- Oversee educational, recreational, and social activities for students to ensure they appropriate for children with unique needs
- Attend the meetings with all employees in the learning centers regularly
- Participate in diverse training proposed by the center
- Always ensure strict adherence to ADRA Lebanon Child Protection Policies, including respect for children with unique needs, and ensure the best interests of the child
- Monitor the outreach officers, and support in their daily duties
- Support in preparing FGD and awareness sessions formats and reports
- Any other tasks deemed appropriate to the position and as requested by the Project Manager.

Qualifications required:
- University degree in Education, Social Sciences, International Relations or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience
- Experience in training design and facilitation
- Personal commitment, flexibility, efficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Preferred:
- INGO or NGO experience
- Experience working with the vulnerable populations
- Local Driving License for minimum 2 years
