M&E specialist

* Providing direct support to the project manager including developing and maintaining M&E framework for the organization project.

* Developing an M&E plan and implement the work plan project and monitor and report on progress against this plan.

* Ensuring quantitative and qualitative monitoring through the project cycle including undertaking regular field visits to support M&E activities.

* Prepare and submit regular reports related to the progress of activities through out the project.

*When needed build skills of staff in monitiring and evaluation methods and tools.
