ICT Trainer - BML Area (Re-advertised)

Job Description:

• Facilitate and organize trainings
• Facilitate training on Mobile Applications, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Support the entire application lifecycle in mobile application training (concept, design, test, release, and support)
• Produce fully functional mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
• Deliver Robotics training using Arduino.
• Deliver training programs in formal (e.g. a classroom), informal (e.g. floor-walking), or online (e.g. e-learning and webinar) settings;
• Prepare the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment where appropriate
• Plan, prepare, and adjust training content to the needs of individual and group
• Enhance peer interaction to share knowledge, learn new innovative ideas, encourage project creation, etc.
• Allocate some coaching time with the participants during the training session on an individual or group basis.
• Equip participants with the knowledge, practical skills, and motivation to carry out entrepreneurship projects.
• Identify different trainees learning styles and develop individual learning plans.
• Ensure data entry when needed and support in curriculum committees if necessary
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.

 Computer skills:  

• Good level of programming and related technical skills.
• Good knowledge of Arduino language and Robotics
• Good knowledge of Python coding Language
• Proven work experience as a developer and ability on training Youth
• Being a Certified Cisco Trainer is an addition
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
• Ability to perform in a team environment
• Ability to deliver training for trainees from different age ranges and different backgrounds

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a trainer

Field of experience: Robotics, Mobile Applications, CISCO, AI

Education: Minimum of Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering; Information systems, Mathematics, MIS, or similar degrees
