Lean Model Canvas Workshop – REAF Ideathon 1

Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Eco-system in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.

The Program's mission is to nurture and grow disruptive ideas, proof of concepts, and prototypes that share three common characteristics:

1. A disruptive scientific or technological focus in agri-food, eco-tourism, cricular economy, and sustainable agriculture.
2. The possibility to scale in the local market and beyond that.
3. The potential to create sustainable job opportunities locally.

The REAF Program seeks a Business Consultant to help the startups develop their Lean Model Canvas.

• Building the startup’s own customized Lean Model Canvas
• Creating for the startups a new product or for developing an existing one.
• Helping startups identify the uncertainties and risks.
• Tactical plan to guide entrepreneurs navigate their way to build a successful startup.
• Define the startup’s unique value proposition and its adequate target audience.

• Deliver a Power Session on the Lean Model Canvas to the REAF Startups in the ideathon.
• Deliver 1on1 clinics with the startups after the workshop.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Development Consultant, Trainer, or similar role, preferably with a startup or in a startup and entrepreneurial environment.
• Possess strong business knowledge and skills
• In-depth knowledge of the Lean Model Canvas blocks.
• Hands on experience managing the full training cycle
• Exceptional platform delivery and facilitation skills - ability to deliver training programs from existing materials and teach sales-related training modules
• Demonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility to influence entrepreneurs and sales professionals
• Demonstrated success in recommending learning solutions to drive growth
