Job title: Outreach officer

Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.

Salary: Fresh $+ Transportation

Work schedules: Full-time Monday to Friday (8.30 AM - 5.30 PM)

Description: ProAbled is a department specialized in the training and employment of persons with disabilities or financial challenges. The outreach officer’s role is to connect with NGOs for referral, reach candidates, screen them and coordinate with the training and employment department.

Responsibilities:

• Interview job seekers having physical, or sensory disabilities or people with financial challenges.

• Initiate formal contact and collaborations with NGOs.

• Document internal and external reports.

• Coordinate with other departments in order to ensure target outcomes.

Job Requirements :

• Educational background: Social work or previous experience in NGO or outreach.

• Proven minimum 2 years of experience as a social worker or outreach officer.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.

• Stress tolerance: Ability to work under pressure.

• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management

• Good communication skills
