Education Program Coordinator

A well reputed institution based in Beirut is looking for an Education Program Coordinator.

 

Main Duties:

  • Raise awareness and promote the program in the schools across Lebanon.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the program.
  • Meet regularly with Schools' management to coordinate and monitor the program.
  • Plans, develops, implements, evaluates, and administers the educational program.
  • Assists in raising funds to the program and securing the project budget.
  • Performs field visits to schools, donors and educational institutions across Lebanon.
  • Foster positive relationships with external parties (donors and educational institutions).

Skills:

  • A degree in business administration, education or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a program coordinator or a similar role is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to create and maintain a budget.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus
  • Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous working experience in an NGO is preferable
  • Having a car is a must.
