- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to help individuals make an informed career decision.
- Assist and guide individuals through occupational exploration and the career decision-making process
- Determine appropriate assessments and interventions required to assist individuals.
- Analyze and interpret career assessment results and incorporate in career counseling/job search coaching sessions
- Engage individuals in resources for researching employers and current employment / Apprenticeship opportunities.
- Informing beneficiaries about potentially helpful career-related opportunities.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism while working or coordinating with the people we serve, farmers, and any internal or external party; any incident or work-related conflict should be immediately reported to the Manager.
- The Job holder should avoid going into any work-related communication which might jeopardize the relationship of RI with any party.
- The job holder should demonstrate a high level of cultural sensitivity, professionalism, politeness, and objectivity when dealing with the people we serve and all internal/external parties under all circumstances.
