GLOBAL IM Officer ( Readvertised)

IM Service Desk 40%:

• Create assessments and ODK surveys, GIS maps, reports and dashboards for country programs
• Support and repair issues related to assessments, surveys, GIS maps, reports and dashboards
• Structure large data sets to find usable information.
• Provide assistance to customers regarding the use of various applications
• Maintain, troubleshoot and fix bugs on production solutions.

Implementation and Deployment of Standardized Tools, 40%

• Analyze processes and requirements to evaluate required customization.
• Configure solution to fit specific needs
• Prepare and execute data migration and integration when needed.
• Document requirements, processes and data models needing further work from the Application Development Team.
• Deploy updates to the production system outside of business hours.

Training

• Create and deliver trainings on the applications deployed.
• Create and deliver data literacy training to build capacity globally.

Innovation/changes

• The holder of this position is required to keep an overview on new IM solutions and propose changes to improve the IM toolkit and organisational IM skillset
