Full Stack Developer

The Munathara Initiative is hiring a Full Stack Developer with the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities: 

• Establish a digital hub designed as a learning, networking, and capacity-building tool 
• Architect and develop highly scalable web application
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Implementing new features based on client requirements
• Evaluate and improve the performance, maintainability, and security of applications in production.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading software
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Create security and data protection settings
• Provide technical guidance to other team members.
• Write and update technical documentation

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• 3+ years professional experience in software development
• Engineering degree in computer science or related discipline
• Solid understanding of Javascript, NodeJS, SQL, C#, and PHP
• Very familiar with database technologies like MySQL, Postgres, SQL server, MongoDB
• Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team
