The program, titled: MIN EL ARED FIDI W STAFIDI- من الارض فيدي و استفيدي, addresses up-to-date components with agro-food sources relevant to each area’s settings, and designate for 80-100 women in 5 governorates across Lebanon (Approx. 15-20 in each area); The range of age is between 17 and 56 years old and targeting residents (50%), and refugees (50%). The women will benefit from seasonal crop using specific-developed techniques in agro-food. Also, they will be supported with in-kind toolkits, enabling them to establish small homebased businesses and ensure their livelihoods, and help their families.

Application Submission Guidelines
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Focal person and representative of the project and its objectives and activities. H/She
- Works closely with the trainers.
- Coordinate with all concerned divisions
- Responsible for leading in a manner that supports in the project as defined in the proposal guidelines
- Responsible for strategic planning to ensure a successful fulfilment of the project mission and outcomes
- Supervise board and staff to ensure that the mission is fulfilled through programs, strategic planning operational procedures across divisions, and community outreach, capacity building and programs content, and legal and financial procedures.
- Oversee the building of operations-related skills and capacity of staff including needs assessment in collaboration with other divisions
- Develop detailed learning frameworks that include reviewing learning outcomes and mapping out course activities, assessments, assessments’ needs, and resources.
- Attend and closely observe the operations execution of the project enrollment.
- Ensure apprenticeship opportunities for 10% of the graduated women to be linked to potential small-scale enterprises in the field of agriculture and food security
- Track and monitor the cash assistance process to be properly distributed to the 10% apprentice and the small enterprises as well.
- Able to travel on the 5 targeted locations
