Social Media Coordinator

Duties:

- Follow-up of all technical aspects of the website with the company executing the website through the Informatics Department.

- Publishing news on the official website, and taking care of the general shape of the site.

- Developing an annual strategic plan to work on the website and its marketing and platforms.

- Follow up on all official social networking sites and publish all required outputs on them.

- Direct supervision of the communication pages of the departments' departments, giving the necessary directives from a technical point of view, and direct coordination with the page officials, especially in campaigns.

- Submitting an annual report on the movement of the association's websites and platforms, and a report after each public campaign.

- Follow up on all incoming questions and inquiries and transfer them to the relevant departments.

- Publish advertisements in coordination with the department responsible for the activity.

- Filming the live transmission of any activity or event that you request from the Media Department to cover (Friday prayers, Wednesday lesson, delegation visits, Al-Adha Festival, Quranic competition...)

- Follow-up paid ads and the correct mechanism for the advertisement to reach its target segment.

- Publishing all media related to the seasonal media campaigns of the association, in coordination with the design team.

- Follow-up and monitor all the new features offered by social media platforms every once in a while to keep up with the mechanism of public discourse.

- Follow up on the financial card in coordination with the accounting department and issue a report every 6 months on the amounts paid and the destination of payment.

- Follow-up of the department's phone custody, publish news and announcements on it, follow-up all incoming questions and inquiries and transfer them to the relevant department, and continuously develop data on it.

- Monitoring everything that is published about the association in the media.

- Working on managing and developing the YouTube page of the Guidance and Reform Association.

Educational Qualification:

Holds a degree in marketing or e-marketing

Years of Experience: 

3 to 5 years

Skills & Comptencies:

Familiarity with the work of the website

• Proficiency in working on social networking sites

• Familiarity with e-marketing strategies 

•Ability to work with a team 

•The ability to organize time and the ability to work under pressure during seasons and campaigns
