Soft Skills Workshop – REAF Program – Youth Training

Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Eco-system in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.

The Rural Entrepreneurs in Agri-Food (REAF) program aims at strengthening the business and product viability of innovative startups tackling sustainable rural economic development operating in South Mount Lebanon, Central and West Bekaa. The program will provide the startups with the tools to transform their ideas into sustainable and profitable businesses. REAF’s youth training will enhance their entrepreneurship mentality and entry into the job market.

We are seeking proposals from experienced soft skills experts to deliver a series of workshops on effective communication, public speaking, body language, story telling, presentation and pitching. The workshops will be designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to communicate effectively, present ideas persuasively and engage audiences.

Development of a comprehensive training program that covers the following topics (Work Packages):

• Effective communication: Understanding the importance of effective communication and learning techniques for clear and concise communication.
• Public speaking: Techniques for overcoming stage fright and delivering engaging speeches.
• Body language: Understanding the power of nonverbal communication and learning how to use body language to convey confidence and credibility.
• Story telling: Techniques for using storytelling to convey information and make it more engaging.
• Presentation and pitching: Techniques for creating effective presentations and pitches, including the use of visual aids and persuasive language.

• A comprehensive training program that covers the topics outlined in the scope of work
• Delivery of the training program to a group of participants (number of participants to be determined).
• A summary report of the training program, including key takeaways, outcomes, and recommendations.
• Provision of all necessary training materials and resources for the workshops.
• The training should be interactive and hands-on with opportunities for participants to practice and receive feedback on their skills.

• Proven track record in delivering soft skills training.
• Experience with the topics listed in the scope of work.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience with interactive training methods.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt training materials to meet the specific needs of the participants.
