Scope Of Work:
Skoun is Looking for an experienced strategy consultant (S C) to develop a 5-year strategic action plan for Skoun Lebanese Addictions Center.
In this role, S C will be working with the team, executive board, and key partners and beneficiaries to identify key areas of strengths and scopes for improvement, conduct market research, and suggest actionable strategies to boost the organization’s performance and progress in line with its mission and vision.
Services:
- Meeting with relevant individuals and stakeholders to identify strengths and weaknesses as well as set goals and objectives.
- Conducting brief research on needs and trends in substance use and harm reduction programming and service delivery.
- Analyzing current organization’s processes and workflows.
- Creating and presenting analysis reports.
- Devising a 5-year strategic action plan to enhance performance, partnerships, and cost-effective programming.
Deliverables:
- Detailed 5-year strategic action plan document including timeline of implementation and resources needed
- Summary of strategic action plan
- All relevant annexes and references
Criteria Of Selection
- 5+ years’ experience as a strategy consultant
- Experience in working with local and international NGOs
- Knowledge in institutional funding and programming
- Knowledge in human sciences and public health
- Knowledge in local humanitarian frameworks architecture
- Deep understanding of management frameworks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with project management
- Report writing skills
