Common Effort Organization is excited to announce a paid internship opportunity for aspiring project development professionals who are eager to make a difference and contribute their skills to a noble cause. This is a unique opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in the non-profit sector and work with a dynamic and dedicated team.
The internship will last for 3 months and will provide the successful candidate with a comprehensive learning experience, including on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of our work.
Responsibilities include:
• Writing concept notes, terms of reference, proposals, and other project-related documents
• Developing project plans and budgets
• Monitoring and evaluating project implementation, including writing M&E reports and evaluation reports
• Writing narrative reports on project activities and outcomes
• Collaborating with the team on project development and implementation
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience in project development, including writing proposals and reports
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A passion for social causes and social causes
This is a paid internship, and the compensation package will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Based on performance, there may be opportunities for contract awarding or extension.
Work modality: The internship will be based at our premises in Sin El Fill.
