Impact Data & Talent Analyst

Key Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data of impact retrieved from volunteers, organizations, and partners.
• Contribute to data-driven decision-making on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Report and visualize Key Impact Performance Indicators and metrics.
• Identify trends and patterns in data and develop strategies to address any issues or opportunities.
• Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
• Utilize talent management systems to match skilled volunteers with relevant jobs.
• Work closely with partner organizations to ensure successful volunteer placements.
• Ensure positive experiences for both volunteers and partner organizations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of volunteer placements.
• Contribute to the development and execution of programs and initiatives that drive impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Familiarity with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings to non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of impact assessment and evaluation methodologies is an advantage.
• Experience in talent management or recruitment is a plus.
