Training for livelihood project for 3 months (as per the TOR attached to this RFQ)

The purpose of this TOR is to solicit proposals from qualified trainers to provide advanced business development training to 150 beneficiaries in Lebanon as part of Qatar Red Crescent's (QRC) livelihoods project. The training will support beneficiaries in preparing proposals for LRC-QRC's consideration and will provide training content for LRC-QRC future use. The selected trainer will work with LRC-QRC team to deliver a comprehensive training program and support beneficiaries in preparing proposals for QRC's consideration.

1. Objectives:

The overall goal of this project is to provide advanced business development training /workshop in managing small projects to 150 individuals from the Lebanese and Syrian society, to support them in preparing proposals for funding and support from QRC for their livelihood projects. The expected outcomes of the training include: 150 beneficiaries will have advanced business development Training in managing small projects, improving the economic situation and life conditions. 40 beneficiaries out of 150 will receive grants/in-kind distributions to establish a small income-generating project based on the proposal submitted. Beneficiaries will be able to prepare comprehensive and competitive proposals for LRC-QRC's consideration, LRC-QRC will have a pool of well-prepared proposals for its livelihood project, LRC-QRC will have a training content for future use
