Introduction
In the framework of the project “Partnership for community engagement” funded by SOLIDARITES International, the Rene Moawad Foundation is seeking for an expert Trainer to conduct a one-day training on conflict analysis and conflict sensitivity for the established three community support bodies in Tleil, Saydnaya and Haytla villages – Akkar area. This workshop can help local groups to recognize emerging threats of conflict and opportunities for managing or resolving a conflict as well as learn more on the principle of no harm and how to integrate conflict sensitivity in project development including monitoring and evaluation.

Scope of Works
RMF solicits the services of a consultant who will carry out a one-day workshop tackling two main objectives:
A – Conflict sensitivity and Do No harm
B – Humanitarian principles
The conflict resolution’s expert will be conducting a one-day workshop as a kind of capacity building for each community support body consisting of Syrian & Lebanese’s youth and adults taking into consideration to focus on conflict management and mediation techniques.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor in Management, Education or Social Science.
- Profound knowledge of conflict resolution.
- Experience in designing trainings and developing training material.
- Experience in interactive and participatory training techniques.
- Qualified in language and writing skills and ability to produce high quality professional reports, and technical summaries.
- Strong communication & leadership skills and the ability to organize and conduct meetings & workshops.
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the area and its local habits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
