Coding Instructor

• Responsible for conducting Coding training program and develop learning material, handbook and other training materials. 
• Conduct assignment and tests for registered students 
• Lead Coding training program
• Plan and prepare lesson plans that meet core objectives and principles and are in line with the curriculum goals. 
• Prepare instructional aids and supplemental teaching materials and resources consistent with learning objectives and student needs. 
• Deliver lessons using a variety of differentiated instructional techniques that are appropriate to the academic level and meet the diverse needs of students. 
• Promote students' understanding of and appreciation for Coding. 
• Leading group discussions and providing guidance on effective communication skills to increase productivity and efficiency within a team or organization. 
• Taking attendance and following up on absences. 
• Preparing monthly reports on the progress of the participants, challenges, changes and implementation progress to the project manager. 
• Tracking sessions’ progress. 
• Unforeseen tasks may apply.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, teaching diploma or certificate in related fields

• At least two years of professional experience in teaching or education field.

• Ability and proven ability to report to work on a regular and punctual basis.

• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships

with others.

• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

• Excellent command of English and Arabic

• Knowledge of non- formal education programming.

• Classroom Management skills.

• Ability to support and develop colleagues and students.

• Excellent cross-cultural understanding and sensitivity.

• Strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills.
