Fishnet Production Trainer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs that cover various aspects of fishing net production, including materials, knotting techniques, net types, and maintenance.
• Demonstrating proper techniques for creating and repairing fishing nets. Provide individualized instruction and feedback to trainees to help them improve their skills.
• Monitor their performance and adjust training methods accordingly to ensure their continued growth and development.
• Ensure that all equipment used in training sessions, including tools and materials, are properly maintained and functioning.
• Ensure that all training activities adhere to safety guidelines and promote the use of best practices in fishing net production.
• Contributing to overall team efforts and promoting a positive work environment.
• Support in the recruitment of community members interested in learning fishnet production
