Deliverables:
- Determine the training’s objective based on the trainees’ needs.
- Formulate the training schedule, based on results from training needs assessments.
- Develop different training tools and the training syllabus, agenda, etc.
- Explain the different learning methods and determine the best methodology to use for each training.
- Develop guidelines related to the delivery and preparation for the training: These guidelines should include the following:
- General notes on preparing for and delivering a training
- Tools, forms, and templates needed
- List of “do’s and don’ts”
- Checklist
Expected outcomes:
- Trainees should get to know the different facilitation skills and have a good idea of how to make use of them.
- Trainees could conduct practical and participatory exercises
- Training Evaluation and Follow up guidelines
- Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or pedagogy or equivalent experience in training, adult education, and/or training materials development.
- 5+ years of ToT (training of trainers) experience
- Previous experience working with international or local NGOs
- Previous experience working in the fields of gender, sexuality, and/or LGBTIQ+ rights, is a plus.
