Data analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data sets.
• Develop reports to support business decision-making.
• Work with stakeholders to understand education challenges and requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools.
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in the development of data analytics strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology or Computer Science
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
