Outreach Worker

Position Overview:

During 10 days, the Outreach Worker is responsible for liaising with potential project participants through phone calls and / or field visits to fill the EWR vulnerability assessment with data entry. The Outreach Worker shall provide services in SBT premises and / or any place designated by the organization.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Outreach potential participants in Beirut area to fill the EWR vulnerability assessment;
• Understand in depth the project and its objectives to properly answer the inquiries of potential participants;
• Communicate referral cases to the SBT team when needed;
• Conduct field visits, if deemed necessary, to support the outreach process; and
• Participate in project trainings and attend meetings.

Please note that the above job description incorporates the main job duties. Other emerging tasks might be assigned as necessary.

Key working relationships:

• Work closely with the EWR Project Coordinator and other team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or university degree (could be an undergraduate);
• Proven 1 to 2 years of experience in outreach and data entry; and
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
