Product Management - ScaleSmart Program

Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and the company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.

The ScaleSmart program aims to support pre-seed or seed startups working in different sectors to scale up by equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to plan a solid fundraising path, matching them with investors and investment opportunities, and improving their chances of successfully raising funds.

The ScaleSmart program seeks a tech product management consultant to advise startups on their product development strategy. The engagement includes one-on-one sessions with the startups for tailored guidance over the duration of 4 months to support on the following:

1. Conducting a thorough analysis of the startup’s current platform(s) and product development/management roadmap to identify areas of improvement.
2. Advise the startup CTO/Tech on strategic decisions regarding their product development plan and software architecture in alignment with the startup’s overall growth strategy and goals, deployment priorities and budget.

Deliverables

1. A report outlining the product development roadmap assessment and recommendations.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering, or other relevant degree
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, software architecture, or similar
• Startup experience is a plus
