Wood, Glass and Fabric Painting Trainer - Tripoli

MARCH is seeking a Painting and Drawing Trainer to provide weekly practical drawing and painting sessions for marginalized youth in Tripoli. The trainer will be responsible for ensuring that the participants acquire the necessary skills to apply painting and drawing techniques on furniture and fabric.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver weekly practical training sessions on painting and drawing techniques applicable to furniture and fabric.

Teach the youth how to properly execute painting and drawing techniques on furniture and fabric with high-end finishing.

Provide on-the-job capacity building and support to the youth.

Upscale the skills and potential of the participants through personalized attention and constructive feedback.

Keep accurate records of the training sessions and progress of the youth.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in painting and drawing.

Portfolio and work samples.

Experience in teaching or training others in painting and drawing techniques.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with marginalized youth.

Fluency in Arabic is required.
