Call for Production House

This project aims at enhancing democratic resilience by preventing the substantial regression of democratic institutions and practices during the multi-folded crises empowering citizens with knowledge and skills and equipping them with the relevant tools to advocate further adoption of anti-corruption practices by state institutions at the local level. This goal will be reached by enhancing democratic resilience through preventing regression of democratic institutions and practices during times of crisis through empowering citizens, particularly youth with knowledge and skills and equipping them with relevant advocacy tools for the adoption of anti-corruption practices by state institutions at the local level.
Project Objectives:  
•    Create a critical mass of informed citizens including youth across Lebanon on relevant existing laws aiming to advocate against corruption and enhance integrity and accountability.

•    Advocating for more transparency and accountability through the work of the Lebanon Advocacy and Legal Advice Center (LALAC)-EKHBAR at institutional and local decision-making levels.

 SCOPE OF WORK

TI-LB is seeking an animator/ video editor to develop two animated videos based on citizen guide for transparency including simplified resources enabling university students, young professionals, and citizens to act as anti-corruption champions at the local level. 
The animated videos should be 3 minutes long that will serve as guides for university students and citizens on their rights and roles in implementing the right to Access information and Whistleblower Protection Laws. 
These videos will be used as underlining material in the meetings conducted with the students and citizens, especially when building their capacity on the anti-corruption legal framework topics, and on how to report corruption through the Lebanese Advocacy and Legal Advice Center (LALAC)-EKHBAR. 
Requirements: 
•    Raising the community's awareness of corruption risk in times of crisis and ways to report corruption safely 
•    Share advocacy messages through the videos about the Right to Access to information and Whistleblower Protection Laws
•    Advocating for the enforcement of the laws as a key to democracy
•    Ability to change the available information into informative animated videos
•    Create compelling and eye-catching videos
•    Develop completed and high-quality animations, in a timely manner
•    Manage the video production within design specifications and budget restrictions
Specifications:
-    Visualize the scripts in storyboards (Animation);
-    Edit the videos with all required technical and creative elements; 
-    Deliver both videos on time according to the deadline (30 June 2023)
-    Key Elements of the videos: 
o    Each video will range between two (02) to three (03) min in length; 
o    The scripts will be in Lebanese spoken Arabic with English subtitles will be added to it; 
o    The VO will be recorded and delivered by TI-LB; 
o    The deadline is scheduled for the 30 of june 2023
