Finance Coordinator - Bekaa Area

Maintaining accounting, monitoring and reporting procedures.

Approving payment requests and validating payment vouchers.

Reviewing and validating financial report.

Prepare financial statements, activity reports, and financial forecasts.

Analyze data and advise top management on how to amend spending plans.

Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of organization finances is maintained.

Coordinate with budget holders to monitor budgets and spending plans.

Support the program managers in budget reallocations.

Assist the Finance Manager in finalizing financial statements throughout the organization.

Share in Bid analysis committees for choosing suppliers.

Advanced communication and drafting skills for effective reporting on financial performance.

Ability to manage a financial team.

Ability to monitor and evaluate financial skills of teams through capacity-building efforts.
