The programme is designed to equip and support 100 SMEs with the knowledge to establish and manage their eCommerce websites through a set of online trainings available in 3 different languages (Arabic, French, English)
Participating SMEs will gain valuable business and technical expertise, receive support with critical setup fees to establish and optimize their online platforms, in addition to personalized coaching sessions. Participants will also have the opportunity to benefit from the exposure and networking opportunities provided by ESCWA.
Programme Highlights:
The programme is expected to run from June till October 2023 covering various topics of which:
- Principles of entrepreneurship and business strategies.
- E-commerce business models and dynamics.
- E-commerce Content.
- Content Management Systems.
- Optimization and digital marketing.
Eligibility Criteria:
SMEs applying to this programme shall fulfil the below criteria:
- Be registered and operational in one of the Arab countries.
- Have a working product or service that can be sold online.
- Have an online presence on social media.
- Be willing to dedicate 1-2 team members for the project.
