Purpose of Assignment
The objective is to have an LTA agreement with a TAXI services company that can provide safe and proper transportation for Search staff across Lebanon.
Scope of Work:
Supplier must provide :
- Detailed trip rates from Search For Common Ground office in Achrafieh Tabaris to Beirut and to different areas of Lebanon
- Visit areas : Akkar / Bekaa / South / Tripoli /Beirut /Mount Lebanon
- Prices for different vehicle categories if applicable: 2x4, 4x4, 7 seater, 24 passenger bus, 30 Passenger bus
- Half day Taxi rate mentioning time applicable, rate per KM fees
- Full day Taxi rate mentioning time applicable, rate per KM fees
- Availability of online booking system and/or App
- Rates in USD
Offers should include:
- Waiting time lapse (free and charged time)
- Cancellation fees (state minimum time to cancel)
- If prices are inclusive of VAT or not
- Estimated time of taxi arrival to Achrafieh-Tabaris

- The technical proposal with company profile and services rendered. The main proposal must not be more than 5 pages.
Kindly add if the cars fleet is owned by the company or by the drivers.
- At least three reference letters from previous assignments successfully completed (at least 2 INGOs). Recommendation letters preferred.
- A financial proposal stating:
- The price quotation of each item presented above.
- Validity of price offer, and frequency of change in prices
- Delivery terms and conditions (lead time in South ,Tripoli , Bekaa , Akkar)
- Proposed payment plan
- Legal papers of registration. (Commercial, registration, tax documents).
