Role and responsibilities
- Train and monitor volunteers
- Support beneficiaries in submitting claims to the insurance
- Monitoring of children for benefit and impact of program and actions taken
- Holding community engagement meetings with the caregivers to measure the related KPI
- encourage beneficiaries to enroll/participate in health actions included in the health package.
- Reporting on weekly basis the status and progress of consultations and any arising challenges
- Providing health education knowledge to the community beneficiaries
- Collecting data from beneficiaries
- Update the health program beneficiaries database
- Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
- Any other duties assigned from project coordinator
Qualifications and education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in banking and finance or business management or related fields.
- High school diploma or university degree preferably in business or related fields.
- At least 1 year experience in humanitarian field
- Basic knowledge in insurance, analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), presentation, relationship management skills.
- Be proficient in English both speaking and writing.
- Be innovative, dynamic, and confident.
