Project Officer - Heath Preventative Project (Consultancy Agreement)

Role and responsibilities
  • Train and monitor volunteers
  • Support beneficiaries in submitting claims to the insurance
  • Monitoring of children for benefit and impact of program and actions taken
  • Holding community engagement meetings with the caregivers to measure the related KPI
  • encourage beneficiaries to enroll/participate in health actions included in the health package.
  • Reporting on weekly basis the status and progress of consultations and any arising challenges
  • Providing health education knowledge to the community beneficiaries
  • Collecting data from beneficiaries
  • Update the health program beneficiaries database
  • Frequently replenish job-specific knowledge and apply it on the field
  • Any other duties assigned from project coordinator

 

Qualifications and education requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in banking and finance or business management or related fields.
  • High school diploma or university degree preferably in business or related fields.
  • At least 1 year experience in humanitarian field
  • Basic knowledge in insurance, analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), presentation, relationship management skills.
  • Be proficient in English both speaking and writing.
  • Be innovative, dynamic, and confident.
