Project Background:
“Baynetna - Dialogue and More” is a project implemented by UTOPIA Organization in collaboration with Deutsche Welle Academie. The project aims to empower journalists and citizen journalists working for media outlets and alternative media outlets. Through training and equipping them with several skills to produce professional digital media content and produce reports addressing local issues in the regions of northern and eastern Lebanon and to organize and moderate dialogues. In addition, to increase their social participation and their chances in the Lebanese media digital system.

The training will be performed by a group of qualified trainers who have been prepared by the Deutsche Welle Academie in recent years.

 In addition, the project executing organization “UTOPIA” will develop at least five analogue and digital dialogue formats to be implemented in the North and Beqaa. These formats, which will be tailored to the local social structures and designed to be easily accessible to all audiences, aim to exchange constructive ideas and opinions.

Qualifications:

Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.

Area of residency:  Tripoli, Zgharta, Akkar, or Bekaa

Proven experience in media, journalism, dialogue, debate, or advocacy.

Proven participation in community initiatives

Ability to commit to all the project activities until the end of May 2024

Note: the applicant should be ready to do an interview soon after the closure of the call, and to attend full-day workshops starting the second week of July. The first training will take place on the 10th, 11th and 12th of the month.

"بيناتنا - حوار وأكتر"  مشروع تنفذه جمعية يوتوبيا بالتعاون مع أكاديمية دويتشه فيله. يهدف إلى تمكين صحافيين/ات، وصحافيين/ ات مواطنين/ات يعملون في وسائل إعلامية ومنصات إعلامية بديلة، وذلك من خلال تدريبهم وتمكينهم من مهارات متعددة كي يصبحوا قادرين على إنتاج محتوى إعلامي رقمي عالي الجودة وإعداد تقارير تعالج قضايا محلّية في مناطق الشمال والبقاع وتنظيم وإدارة الحوارات. مما يعزز مشاركتهم الاجتماعية ويزيد من فرصهم في نظام الإعلام اللبناني. يتم تدريب المشاركين من قبل مجموعة من المدربين/ات المؤهلين الذين تم إعدادهم من قبل أكاديمية دويتشه فيله في السنوات الأخيرة.

 إضافة إلى ذلك، ستعمل جمعية يوتوبيا على تطوير ما لا يقل عن خمسة نماذج حوارية تناظرية ورقمية سيتم تنفيذها في الشمال والبقاع. هذه النماذج مصممة لتكون سهلة الوصول لجميع الجماهير وتتماشى مع البنية الاجتماعية المحلية، وتهدف إلى التبادل البنّاء للأفكار والآراء.

الشروط والمؤهلات:

أن يكون عمر المشاركين/ات أكثر من 18 سنة

من سكان طرابلس، زغرتا، عكار أو البقاع

وجود خبرة سابقة في الإعلام، الصحافة، الحوار، المناظرة، المناصرة

القدرة على إثبات المشاركة السابقة في مبادرات مجتمعية

القدرة على الالتزام بكافة أنشطة المشروع حتى شهر أيار عام 2024

ملحوظة: يجب أن يكون مقدم الطلب جاهزًا لإجراء مقابلة بعد وقت قصير من إغلاق استمارة التقديم، ولحضور ورش عمل ليوم كامل بدءًا من الأسبوع الثاني من شهر تموز. سيقام التدريب الأول في 10 و 11 و 12 من الشهر.
