Youth and Digital Skills Coordinator

Youth Program Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with the Youth Program Coordinator and Project Manager to develop youth program plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Coordinate and monitor youth program activities, with particular emphasis on technology skills and TVET workshops, ensuring adherence to the established plan.

Contribute to updating existing curricula and designing new curricula for technology training and TVET workshops within the coordinator's area of expertise.

Implement efficient and transparent work mechanisms for youth program activities, ensuring compliance with established protocols.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including partners, donors, community members, and team members.

Facilitate the exchange of information between the Youth Program team members, partners, donors, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of program goals, expectations, and work mechanisms.

Youth Engagement and Support:

Foster positive relationships with youth participants, creating a safe and inclusive environment for their active engagement.

Organize and facilitate technology and TVET workshops, training sessions, and community events to enhance youth capacities in areas such as Robotics, App Development, Web Development, Automation, and others.

Provide guidance and mentorship to youth participants as needed, supporting their personal growth, skill-building, and empowerment.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

Monitor the expenditures of youth program activities, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper financial reporting.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare regular progress reports, project updates, and other documentation on selected activities, as required by the Youth Program Coordinator, Projects Manager, or donors.

Analyze relevant data to assess the impact and outcomes of selected activities.

Team Coordination and Support:

Provide support and guidance to program team members to ensure the proper implementation of youth program activities.

Offer capacity-building training and opportunities for BRAVE Project staff members on technology-related topics.

Provide technical support to partners and team members on Youth Support-related topics, especially technological development such as Robotics and Coding skills.

Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting professional growth and development.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Support the development of monitoring and evaluation tools.

Collect and analyze program data, conduct field visits, and participate in evaluations to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project guidelines.

Maintain high-quality standards in activity implementation and deliverables.

Identify opportunities for learning and capacity-building to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other technology-related field.

Minimum of two years of experience in project coordination or management within an NGO or a similar environment.

Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation principles and techniques.

Understanding of youth needs and contemporary issues, especially in the Palestinian context.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with budgeting and financial management processes.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
