Outreach Volunteer-Incentive- Aley Community center

• Conduct field visits to identify cases and refer them to the concerned focal point, namely protection.
• Fill in all registration forms.
• Provide information about the services that Tabitha for Relief and Development services is offering for Batroun area, and refer when needed.
• Detect and prepare groups for training sessions.
• Develop an understanding of the community's culture and respond to its challenges.
• connect with local stakeholders and focal points.
• Support Tabitha staff in daily work.

Selection Criteria:

- Previous experience in community outreach

- The volunteer should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with the community and other volunteers

- The volunteer should be culturally sensitive and respectful of the diverse backgrounds and beliefs of the community, willing to work with divers community members

- Living in Aley area or neighborhood

- Fluency in Arabic and/or English

- Dedication for time flexibility
