Quality Control Officer

QA officer is responsible of implementing and developing quality management procedures and system. He/She maintains high standards and develop regulatory guidelines in food safety management such as Standards and Hazards (ISO) and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system.

 

 

  1. Enhance and lead QA with business units to drive QA improvement.
  2. Align and develop QA with the company’s goals.
  3. The ability to learn new roles in a determined period.
  4. Detailed oriented and accurately manage the process of receiving orders (receiving raw materials, preparations, production, pack, labeling, ship/storing).
  5. Ensure the application and development of the internal QA policy at the facility/warehouse.
  6. Revise, develop and ensure best practices of QA related to international standards.
  7. Inspect raw materials of high quality.
  8. Take care of practices related to the hygiene issues. 
  9. Provide reports of QA when needed or on regularly basis.
  10. Scheduling Rentokil Boecker visits.
  11. Report any technical problems related to production machinery and equipment.
  12. Recognize and report inaccurate test results and sample conditions.
  13. Lead traceability investigations on the source of quality lapses and other product issues.
  14. Ensure the exact application of recipes (procedures and steps).
  • Qualifications

 

  1. Bachelor’s degree ideally in QA or related fields in food processing.
  2. Fluency in English.
  3. Good communication skills.
  4. Reporting skills.
  5. Preferably 2 years of experience in QA.
  6. Have a fair understanding of QA best practices
  7. Computer knowledge and be a good team player.
