Mada Association, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority (CA) invites qualified and eligible vendors, to make a firm offer for providing trays and substrate for a seedlings being established at the Ministry of Agriculture’s (MoA) premises at Aabdeh Akkar.

Note: Prices are requested to be in USD with VAT Exclusive.

The contracted vendor will be chosen based on the most competitive price aligning with the specifications requested by the call.

Offers will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Datasheet for substrate (0/6)

Origin of substrate (Annex. 5b) (0/10)

Tray sample provision with offer (Annex 5b) (0/4 Points)

Number of days needed between contract awarding and date of delivery (0/10)

Financial Offer (0/70 points)
