Job Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

                                - Provide accurate and detailed information about our services to assist customers.

                               - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

                                 - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and offerings.

                                 - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.

                                 - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

                                - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

                                - Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customers.

                               - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

                              - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

                              - Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management software.

                             - Prior customer service experience is a plus.
