World Vision Lebanon invites interested parties to submit their best offers for purchase of the following 16 vehicles (as per attached Announcement & Vehicle specifications).  

Interested bidders are invited to check/inspect the vehicles on Tuesday 22nd of August 2023  and  Wednesday the 23rd of August 2023 between 9:00 am - 4:00 Pm at World Vision Lebanon National Office - Sinyora Building, Montazah, Beit Meri, Metn –Mansourieh. Telephone Number: 961-4-401-980/1/3 Ext: 0.

NB: Vehicle inspection & driving should be done in the area of Montazah in presence of the WVL Logistics officer and it is not allowed to test the vehicle outside this area.

      The offers should be delivered in Sealed Envelopes with the clearly marked name of submitting person and contact details (Name, Phone number & e-mail address if available) & Tender title  “2152 –WVL | Auction| WVL Vehicles “

      Deadline of submitting all offers will be on the 30th Of August 2023 at 16:00 PM

Terms and conditions :

• Payment should be in cash and in Fresh USD at Finance department in WVL National Office .
• All cash paid at the National Office must be supported with a bank slip showing the serial number of the sealed cash. (awarded bidder should prepare this with the bank “Bank Money Counter Machine “  before submitting them to World vision Finance team .
• WVL will not accept old or torn bank notes.
• Bidders should mention the Date and Exact time of offer submission on the Tracking Log sheet @ the Reception when the sealed envelopes are delivered to the NO.
• Person who will be selected can register to someone else on a condition that both names will be mentioned on the receipt .
• Registration of Vehicles to be on the spot and subsequent to payment fulfillment.
  • If the official Vehicle registration office ( النافعة  ) is not available then the registration of the vehicle will be determined and agreed with the awarded Bidder under the conditions that will be specified by the WVL local lawyer in terms of (وكالة  و أوراق قانونية اخرى) .
