Please find attached RFQ pertaining to providing detailed Survey and design including preparation of Tender documents and drawings for the construction of the following 2 projects:
(i) Rehabilitation of Municipal Building in Broj El Barajne Municipality.(ii) Construction of Pedestrian Network in Tripoli Municipality.The quotation for the survey and designs including cost and time frame shall be submitted on or before 31 Aug 2023, 14:00 Beirut time.
The cost breakdown must show the main components and the proposal shall include daily fees.
Interested companies shall include past work experience of similar nature, references, and the engineers CVs and shall provide a time schedule based on available information. This schedule shall be as condensed as possible.
The EIIP will facilitate a site visit to the proposed projects’ site in Burj Al Barajne and Tripoli. Interested companies are requested to participate in the mandatory site visits as per the below schedule:
→ Site Visits: 24 August 2023 at 09:00 am meeting at the office of the municipality of Borj El Barajneh then proceed to site.
23 August 2023 11.30 am meeting at the office the municipality of Tripoli and proceed to visit until finish.
Note: Site visits are mandatory for pre-qualification.

How to Apply
The quotation for the survey and design work including cost and period shall be submitted on or before 31 Aug 2023, 15:30
Request for Clarification deadline: 28 August 2023 before 11:00 am
The cost shall be broken down in main components and the proposal shall include daily fees. Cost should be clearly split on the two projects and the ILO reserves the right to split the works and award contracts to more than one consulting firm.
The consultant firm shall include a resume of past work of similar nature and references, and personnel CVs including contacts for key staff for this assignment, address and date of birth.
Quality of proposal, cost and time will be considered in selection of consultancy firm.
The EIIP will facilitate a site visit to the proposed project locations and to the respective municipalities.
Interested consultants are requested to participate in the mandatory site visit as per the below schedule.
N.B: Interested consultants should inform ILO Procurement of their participation in advance to the visit on bey-procurement@ilo.org as there could be changes to the schedule due to the lockdown measures.
