Field Assistant

The field Assistant will undertake functions as mentioned below:

• Implement project activities according to the project plan and guidelines.
• Support in the distribution of food assistance to beneficiaries.
• Performs proper outreach activities to reach relevant beneficiaries.
• Collect data at community and/or household level and conduct different assessment and surveys upon needs.
• Organize and conduct awareness session to women and adolescent girls on hygiene.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project activities.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to the Project Coordinator.
• Collect accurate data and information related to project activities, beneficiaries, and impact and maintain proper records.
• Compile and submit regular reports on project progress, challenges, and achievements to the Project Coordinator.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with community members and leaders.
• Address beneficiary concerns, feedback, and complaints in a timely and respectful manner.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
