Project Officer-Akkar

  1. Collaborate closely with IHR Program department, beneficiaries, and team members to ensure the smooth implementation of project activities.
  2. Oversee the distribution of tools and equipment to beneficiaries, ensuring proper allocation and utilization.
  3. Organize and manage networking events under the guidance of the IHR Program Department to facilitate connections between participants, vendors, customers, and suppliers.
  4. Monitor and diligently track the progress of the project, ensuring that all objectives are met within the specified timelines.
  5. Maintain consistent and open communication among stakeholders, providing timely updates to the IHR Program Department.
  6. Proactively identify potential challenges and work in conjunction with the IHR Program Department to develop innovative solutions, contributing to overall project success.
  7. Ensure meticulous accuracy and up-to-date status of all project documentation, reports, and records as required by the IHR Program Department.
  8. Collaborate with the IHR Program Department in the development and enhancement of training materials and curriculum to align with project goals and beneficiary needs.
  9. Undertake additional tasks as requested by the IHR Program Department to adapt to the evolving project environment and ensure optimal project outcomes.
  10. Provide insights and contribute to the IHR Program Department's strategy development for continuous improvement and effective project implementation.
