- Reviewing and validating social assessment tool and bills
- Thoroughly review social assessment tools to guarantee accurate completion by hospital administrators and social workers.
- Verify the assigned scores for each patient to confirm their eligibility for out-of-pocket support. Scrutinize hospital-generated bills to ensure their accuracy and alignment with stated dollar amounts.
- Communication and facilitation of financial transactions
- Collaborate with hospital administrative teams to ensure timely submission of bills to the MOPH. Transmit authorized bills to UNICEF for punctual payment processing.
- Enhance collaboration and coordination with project partners and stakeholders to guarantee efficient allocation of resources, preventing any instances of duplicate beneficiary payments.
- Monitoring and documenting patient support
- Perform periodic checks via telephone calls and occasional home visits to confirm the receipt of financial assistance by patients.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of each patient's records, encompassing social assessment forms and individual bills.
- Conduct routine field visits to the hospitals to monitor the quality of work, selection of patients, and the implementation of the project.
- Capacity building
Conduct refresher sessions with social workers and hospital administrators on best practices of administering and scoring the social assessment tool.

• Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office tools, with a specific focus on Excel.
• Experience working with the Ministry of Public Health.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
