Business Development Expert - South Lebanon

Job Description

• Assist and support in creating necessary assessments and survey tools for the program.
• Assist and support in identifying SMEs, cooperatives, Startup and small-scale farmers for enrollment in training, coaching, and granting programs with
• Conduct business training and coaching for SMEs, cooperatives, startups, and small-scale farmers enrolled in the program.
• Support in creating business plans for different business sectors and levels.
• Monitor and advise on the granting scheme for SMEs, cooperatives, and small-scale farmers and its implementation.
• Produce monthly reports on the progress of the process including statistics, data, and analysis of the impact where possible.
• Conduct Field visits.  
•  Evaluate training materials and monitor training sessions.
• Coordination with coaches and scheduling team meetings
• Any other task relevant to the program requested by the management.

Job Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in business, economic development, or any related field.
• 3 years experience in providing business training, coaching, and support for SMEs, cooperatives, startups, and small-scale farmers.
• Expert in creating business plans for different business sectors and levels and following.
• Fluent in English writing and speaking.
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Able to work in the south of Lebanon and have sufficient knowledge on the business and agricultural context of the region.
