ADULT LITERACY TEACHER- (Souq El Ghareb - Jbeil - Arsal - Qaa)

The teacher will deliver to adults the following integrated Face to Face courses:
i.    Arabic Literacy integrated with Numeracy and Life skills 
ii.    Foreign Language (French/ENG) Literacy integrated with Numeracy and Life skills 

Key Responsibilities
•    Prepare lessons and instructional activities based on adults’ interest and ability level
•    Plan classroom and home assignments to support adults in understanding course objectives and basic skills literacy
•    Implement integrated Literacy, Numeracy and Life skills lessons as per the directions of the Center Education Focal Point, Education Technical Officer and CP in Edu Officer; 
•    Stimulate class discussion and ensures adults engagement
•    Provides tutoring and academic counseling to students
•    Delivers assessment methods that allow adults to engage with the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
•    Maintains a safe and comfortable environment 
•    Records classroom attendance, reporting any absences
•    Responsible for submitting daily timesheet to the line manager
•    Provides weekly, or quarterly academic reports.
•    Participates in the trainings and follow up meetings conducted by TDH It Team
•    Contributes to the ongoing operations of the centers in any other way required
