Trainer for Session on AI and New Technology in Politics

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a well-structured power point pertinent to the topic
• Develop elaborative training material for the participants
• Train the participants on the methods and concepts of the topic
• Develop a pre-training questionnaire, to assess the participant’s knowledge of the topic
• Engage new interactive post-training methods in assessing the participants’ understanding of the topic
• Write a report by the end of the program, summarizing the outcomes of the training session and discussing the results of the pre- and post-training assessments.
• Present a training session that is engaging and interactive to help participants retain information
• Help with Identifying key elements of Artificial Intelligence and its uses/advantages in politics
• Give practices for applying models, techniques, and strategies relating to Artificial Intelligence
• Implement strategies to optimally employ AI as a developmental tool 
• Fundamentals of AI in policy development and political strategies
• Explain the steps for implementing AI gradually in a sustainable way to current political systems

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Artificial Intelligence, developmental work, policy development, diplomacy, law, administration, or political and social sciences is required
• Experience providing AI in development trainings

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule to support delivery
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• University degree in international relations, political science, conflict resolution, law, administration, human resources, social sciences, or related field is required.
