1 - Qualifications of proposed consultant

- General qualifications​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  • Previous experience in the Non-Governmental sector.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Offer great organizational skills and efficiency in meeting commitments, observing deadlines and achieving results.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to successfully and effectively liaise with people in a wide range of functions in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and effectively handle multiple assignments.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as within a large, fast-paced team and to prioritize tasks.
  • Flexible, innovative and has the ability to maintain a rapid and demanding pace.
  • Self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual.
  • Respect for PSEA Policy.

- Scope of work and deliverables

        The Consultant shall perform the following tasks:

  • Support the implementation of Human Resource policy and other policies as requested
  • Prepare and or support job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process (if applicable)
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Maintain record on all individuals engaged in the projects implemented with the SIDC
  • Based on the SIDC’s HR Policy maintain records of professionals associated to the SIDC
  • Protect the interest and the image of the SIDC by ensuring compliance with its internal regulations
