Supply of Non-Food Items for School Kitchens - EXTENDED

PROGRAMME DETAILS

Under WFP’s School Meals 2023-2024 Programme, DCL is requested to distribute cold meals (sandwiches and fruits/vegetables) to approximately 2,500 children registered in 5 schools in North Lebanon and Akkar. The meals will be prepared in 2 of these schools, Hrar and Qoubbe, that will operate as kitchens.

In order to prepare the cold meals in the kitchens, and in compliance with WFP’s food safety policies and procedures, a list of supplies (consumables, PPE, etc.) is required and presented below in the Annex with approximate total quantities and the respective specifications.

 

SUPPLIER ROLE

The supplier should:

    1. Source the non-food items, as analysed below.
    2. Deliver upon order, the needed items to DCL Office in Tripoli

All bidders should submit the following:

      1. The RFQ form, fully and accurately filled in, signed, and stamped (Annex 1).
      2. Annex 2 (the prices of the items per kg or per piece, as indicated, signed and stamped.
