Focus Group discussion Facilitator- Zahle

Medair is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of FGD Facilitator with experience in Gender Analysis. The FGD Facilitator will play a key role in leading discussions and extracting valuable insights related to gender dynamics in various contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct Focus Group Discussions on gender-related topics.
• Facilitate open and inclusive discussions to gather diverse perspectives.
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for participants.

Qualifications:

•    Related education background is preferable 
• Proven experience in facilitating Focus Group Discussions, preferably with a focus on gender-related topics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive and participatory environment during discussions.
