Facilitators (2 Vacancies)

• Plan, organize, and facilitate educational and retaining programs based on established curriculum and learning objectives
• Adapt facilitation style to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of participants
• Deliver presentations, workshops, and retaining sessions with clarity and enthusiasm
• Foster active participation and engagement among participants
• Facilitate group discussions, activities, and exercises to enhance learning outcomes
• Provide individualized support to participants as needed
• Apply the pair work system under the guidelines of the Protection manager
• Create lesson plans that support cognitive, social, and emotional development

In-house meetings 

• Participate in a weekly meeting with the Senior Educator/Animator/Facilitator for an overall monitoring of the work plan  
• Participate in a monthly coordination meeting with the Protection Manager  

External meetings and Capacity Building 

• Participate in all capacity-building trainings relevant to the Educator ToRs and ensure that proper feedback is provided internally and externally  

Qualification

• At least 2 years of experience in similar position 
• Good knowledge of interactive animation techniques
• Good knowledge of PSS and/or caregivers’ principles
• Good knowledge of Case Management procedures is a plus
• Good knowledge of the Lebanese context and of the relationship between host and refugee communities
• Good knowledge of national and international NGO’s, as well as PSS and/or caregivers working groups, task forces and another relevant committee.
• Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools, as well as data management
• Strong understanding of child development and psychosocial challenges faced by children
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting the well-being of children
